What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with experienced crew, safety gear, all required fuel, and complimentary refreshments. Each service may have unique inclusions — for instance, evening sailings come with upgraded beverages and snacks, while business rentals provide meeting amenities and tailored catering services.
How early should I make a reservation?
To secure your reservation, it is suggested to book at least 2–3 weeks ahead, with the busy period being from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, make your reservations 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure the best options and adequate time for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather conditions?
Your safety is our highest concern. If the captain determines the weather unsafe, we will propose an alternative sailing date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will reach out to you if the forecast is uncertain 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Is it possible to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Guests are allowed to bring their own refreshments and snacks onboard. We also provide excellent catering options and can tailor the menu according to your preferences. For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Can guests with limited mobility access your yachts?
We aim to cater to all of our guests' needs. Some of our vessels have more accessible features than others. We advise that you get in touch with us when booking to discuss accessibility requirements, and we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any needed provisions.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is given. Those made between 24–72 hours before the set sail time receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, unless it's due to weather-related issues or mechanical failures on our end.
